  • A service charge applies for on-site visits, but warranty repairs are free of cost.


. Store Warranty Service

  • Store customers receive in-store support for warranty claims.

  • Our engineers diagnose issues and, if needed, forward products to the authorized service center.

  • Customers are notified once repairs or replacements are complete.


. What is Not Covered

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, liquid, fire, or unauthorized repair.

  • Physical damage such as broken ports, cracked screens, or burnt circuits.

  • Software issues, data recovery, or operating system problems.

  • Consumables (toners, cartridges, cables, etc.) unless otherwise stated.

  1. Bring the product with the original invoice to our store or contact your corporate account manager.

  2. Our service team will inspect and confirm the issue.

  3. If under warranty, we process the claim with the brand’s authorized service center.

  4. You will be informed of the repair/replacement timeline.

  • Most warranty claims are resolved within 7–14 working days, depending on brand service center processing.

  • For urgent corporate requirements, temporary replacement options may be available (subject to availability).
